Privacy policy — Circuit Momo

This policy says what Circuit Momo collects when you use this site, why it is kept, and who else sees it. It was last updated on 1 November 2026.

The shop is the counter at Line Par, Shankar Garden, Bahadurgarh, Haryana 124507. For a copy of what we hold, a correction, or to close an account, write to support@circuitmomo.com from the address on the account.

An account

If you register, we store your name, email, and phone, and a hash of the password. The password itself is not stored, and we cannot read it back to you. If you forget it, you set a new one.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address Google sends back for that sign-in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not post to your Google account.

If you sign in with a phone code, we store the phone number and a short-lived code so we can match the one you type. The code is discarded once it is used or it expires.

An order

At checkout we store the name, phone, email, and delivery address you type, the products and quantities, the amounts, and how the slip was paid.

For UPI, we store the UTR you enter so the morning desk can match the transfer.
For a card, we store the last four digits only. The full number and the CVV are not kept.
For cash on delivery, we store that the amount is to be collected with the parcel.

The same details are printed on the tax invoice. That invoice is a record we have to keep. It is not a marketing list.

Messages, the cart, and the wishlist

The contact form stores your name, email, phone if you give one, and the message.

The cart and the wishlist sit in a session on this browser until you check out, you clear them, or the session ends. If you are signed in, the cart is kept against the account so it is still there on the next visit.

What we use it for

To pack and ship the order, or to hold it for counter pickup.
To match a payment and to send the slip.
To answer a message you sent.
To keep the tax invoice for the period Indian tax law requires.
To cancel a slip whose payment did not land, and to put that stock back in the drawer.

We do not sell the list. We do not rent it. We do not use your address to advertise other shops.

Who else sees a record

A courier sees the name, phone, and delivery address on the label, and only for that parcel.

A UPI transfer goes to the VPA shown on the payment page. We record the UTR you type. We do not debit your bank ourselves. A card entry on this page is recorded on the slip. It is not sent to a card network from this site. Cash on delivery is collected with the parcel.

The site is hosted so the pages can be served. The host can see ordinary connection logs: the address of the computer that asked for a page, and the time. Those logs are not a customer list, and we do not build one from them.

The session cookie

The shop sets a session cookie so the cart, the sign-in, and the checkout stay attached to this browser. It is not an advertising cookie, and we do not drop third-party advertising tags. If you block the cookie, the cart will not hold between pages.

How long we keep it

An account stays until you ask us to close it.

Order slips and tax invoices are kept for eight years from the end of the financial year they belong to. That is the period we keep for GST records. After that they are deleted, or reduced to the invoice line the law still asks for.

A contact message is kept until it has been answered and the job it refers to is closed, then removed in the ordinary clear-out of the desk.

A phone sign-in code lasts only for that sign-in.

What you can ask

Write to support@circuitmomo.com.

Ask what we hold against that email or phone.
Correct a name, phone, or address on the account. An invoice already issued keeps the billing details it was issued with.
Close the account. We delete the login. We keep the invoices for the tax period above.
Tell us to stop writing to you. Mail about a slip you have already placed still goes out, because that is the parcel.

Children

The counter sells components for people building circuits. It is not a shop for children, and we do not knowingly keep an account for anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write and we will close it.

Changes to this policy

If this page changes, the new text replaces this one and the date at the top moves. An order already placed stays under the policy that was up when you paid.
