Handling LiPo cells

A pouch is a soft can of solvent and energy. Treat it that way.

• We ship cells at about 3.8 V per cell, not full.
• Do not puncture, bend, or leave a pack in a closed car.
• Charge 1S pouches on a board with a cutoff. Charge 2S and 3S packs on a balance charger.
• If a pouch is swollen, dented, or warm at rest, do not charge it. Set it in a non-flammable tray and write to us.
• Storage is a cool drawer, not a windowsill. Half charge is right if it will sit for a month.

The 2S and 3S packs leave here with the power connector already fitted. Polarity is marked on the heatshrink. Check it before the first plug.
