About — Circuit Momo

Circuit Momo is a component counter in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The drawer holds the parts a field node actually uses: microcontroller boards, LiPo and Li-ion cells, sonar, and the small modules that sit between a sensor and a radio.

The counter opened in 2016 with the boards we were already buying for installs: gateways, tank-level nodes, and a few awkward sonars. The catalogue stays short on purpose. If a product is on the site, it is in the drawer or due this week.

What a listing means

We flash a sample from every microcontroller lot before the rest of the bag goes on the shelf.
Cells are measured. The voltage printed on the pouch is not taken as the reading.
The price on the card is the price you pay. GST is already in it. The receipt splits the tax out.
The stock count is the drawer, not a figure from a warehouse we do not have.

A deal, when one is shown, applies only at the quantity written on that product. It is not a site-wide offer.

The counter

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. The counter is closed on Sunday.

Pickup is after 4pm, once the slip is paid. There is no shipping line on a pickup. Put “pickup” in the order note so the parcel is not handed to the courier.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same evening, by India Post or a local courier, depending on the pin code. After 2pm they leave the next working day. Boards go in an antistatic bag and a stiff mailer. Cells go in a separate sleeve, at about 3.8 V per cell, not full.

Invoices

The slip carries our GSTIN. Prices on the site already include tax. If the invoice needs a company name, a GSTIN of your own, or a billing address that is not the delivery address, write it in the order note or send it to the desk before we pack. A tax invoice is not rewritten after the parcel has gone.
